Challenger hires Zenith analyst

Challenger has hired a former Zenith small-cap analyst.

Investment management firm Challenger has appointed Angela Burmeister as a research analyst.

Burmeister joined the company in March from Zenith Investment Partners, where she was an investment analyst.

At Zenith, she focused initially on smaller companies, but moved in June last year to the firm's alternative research division.

The research firm said at the time that it had experienced a rapid expansion in demand for its hedge fund and other alternative investment product research.
