BT Wrap adds All Star Nomura China Fund

BT Wrap has added a China fund to its line-up.

BT Wrap has added the All Star Nomura China Fund to its product range.

"Adviser demand has been such that the fund will be available on the BT Investment Wrap effective from Wednesday, 15 December 2010," All Star Funds managing director Kate Mulligan said.

The fund is managed by Japanese firm Nomura Asset Management.

Nomura is one of the largest providers of retail investments in Asia with US$184 billion in funds under management as at 30 September 2010.

 
 

The All Star range of funds is the creation of Ventura Investment Management, which is also the responsible entity of the fund.

Financial planning group Professional Investment Holdings is a minority shareholder in Ventura.

According to data from Morningstar, the fund had produced a return of just over 8 per cent so far this year.
