Sydney-based international equities boutique Global Value Investors has appointed David Faulder as an equities analyst.

Sydney-based international equities boutique Global Value Investors (GVI) has appointed David Faulder as an equities analyst.

Faulder will work with head of investments Roy Chen on analysis of financials, telcos, consumer discretionary, industrials and information technology stocks for GVI's Global Industrial Share Fund.

He worked most recently at Nomura International in Hong Kong as regional head of Asian equity research.

Faulder has also worked as a media and telco analyst with JP Morgan in Hong Kong and as an investment manager with the World Bank.
