Certitude Global Investments has appointed Link Market Services to provide managed fund registry services to its retail investor base.

Link will also provide Certitude with registry services for its managed funds, including online reporting services for clients.

According to a Certitude statement, Link’s system will also “enable investors to more efficiently transact in Certitude funds, particularly by allowing applications and redemptions to be completed online”.

Certitude chief executive Craig Mowll said the Link platform would help support his company’s growth.

“We see increased sophistication across the adviser, direct investor and SMSF client segments; these investors are demanding more so we believed in delivering best technology and systems that would suit their needs,” said Mr Mowll.

He also highlighted Link’s “ongoing commitment” to investment in its technology and systems.

“Client satisfaction has always been of utmost importance to us. We are focused on maintaining quality service and solutions as the business expands,” said Mr Mowll.

“We believe Link understands this and is committed to delivering the same high standards, which is why they are an ideal provider for us,” he said.
