SunSuper has hired fixed income and risk specialists.

Industry fund SunSuper has expanded its investment team with two new members.

The fund has appointed Kevin Wong as a portfolio analyst in the strategy and risk team.

Wong joins from BT Group, where he was a business and actuarial analyst.

The fund has also hired Jason Huang as a portfolio analyst in the fixed income team.

Huang joins from Principal Financial Group, where he was a portfolio management assistant.

"We've been steadily building up the analyst team and these are two more appointments in the team," SunSuper chief investment officer David Hartley said.

Hartley said he expected to make another hire to the team as the fund was still looking for a property analyst.
