Stewart Aldcroft will drive Citigroup's investment services business in the Asia-Pacific region.

Citigroup has appointed Stewart Aldcroft as Asia-Pacific managing director and senior adviser for its investor services business.

Aldcroft will be based in Hong Kong and develop new initiatives and grow the company's client base across the region.

He joined from Enhanced Investment Products, where he was head of business development for beta products since May 2010.

Aldcroft has also had stints with Schroders, HSBC, Franklin Templeton, Investec and Horizon21.

He has also been actively involved with traditional mutual funds, hedge and alternative investment funds, structured products and recently with exchange-traded funds.
