JobKeeper recipients will be given until November to notify the market, ASIC confirmed on Friday.

With new obligations commencing this week, the corporate regulator has announced that listed entities that have lodged the annual financial reports for the relevant year on or before 14 September 2021 will have until 13 November 2021 to notify the market.

“All listed entities must ensure information that is disclosed about JobKeeper payments is up-to-date and accurate,” ASIC said on Friday.

“This information will then be published by ASIC in a consolidated report.”

The new obligations require all listed entities that received JobKeeper payments to give a notice to the relevant market operator advising the listed name and ABN, the number of individuals who received payments, the total amount of payments received in a fortnight and whether voluntary repayments of payments were made.
