The roles will be assumed by existing Centrepoint employees.
General manager for corporate development and projects Glenn Toohey, who has been with the company for 13 months, will assume the role of chief financial officer.
The position of company secretary will be shared by Mr Toohey and corporate manager, legal, Debra Anderson.
Centrepoint managing director John de Zwart said Mr Magee had been “invaluable” to the company over the past decade.
“I would like to sincerely thank [Mr Magee] for his positive contribution and wish him all the best for his future endeavours,” Mr de Zwart said.
Centrepoint Alliance is the company behind financial planning dealer group Professional Investment Services.
