The financial services firm has recruited senior staff to launch new products in 2012.

Perpetual has made a number of senior hires to its institutional business as part of a move to develop institutional fixed-income and multi-sector products.

The financial services group has hired Sandi Orleow, Jeremy Rolleston and Darren Beesley.

The newly-hired team will focus on developing a number of institutional fixed income and multi-sector products.

The products are expected to be rolled out in the first half of 2012.

Orleow will work as a senior portfolio adviser and will focus on multi-asset management strategies.

Rolleston has been hired as general manager of institutional business while Beesley will take on the job as quantitative analyst.

Orleow worked previously with Watson Wyatt as head of private markets while Beesley's former job was with Ankura Capital as an investment analyst.

Rolleston joins Perpetual from Goldman Sachs where he was an executive director for its structured assets business.

"We have in place the best talent and capability to purposely structure innovative solutions for clients," Perpetual group executive Richard Brandweiner said.

"Our expanded capability across debt, credit, multi-asset and equity markets allows us to build solutions that are completely in sync with investor needs, portfolio requirements and market solutions."
