SuperCentral will supply the trust deeds for Fiducian's SMSF administration service.

Fiducian Portfolio Services will source the trust deeds and supporting documentation for its new self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) administration service from deed specialist SuperCentral.

"Fiducian conducted an extensive search of online trust deed and documentation suppliers and found that SuperCentral best suited our needs. The SuperCentral trust deed update service means that our new administration business for SMSFs can keep all trust deeds current as part of the client's ongoing fee for the service," Fiducian technical services and paraplanning manager Andrew Biviano said.

The agreement ensures SMSFs using the Fiducian administration service will have a trust deed in place that is always up to date. This in turn will allow the members and trustees of these funds to adapt to the most recent changes in superannuation law while remaining compliant at the same time.

It will also mean all of the funds administered by Fiducian will have uniformity in regard to their governing rules making them easier for advisers to service.

"SuperCentral's trust deed update process eliminates the need to consult the deed each time clients are briefed. As well, it helps to streamline the audit process and the advice process where an adviser has multiple SMSF clients," Biviano said.

SuperCentral managing director Peter Townsend said his organisation was pleased to be appointed by Fiducian.

"We look forward to assisting Fiducian as they further enhance their SMSF business," he said.
