Standard & Poor's Fund Services has put UBS's three-star rated Global Property Securities and Property Securities funds on hold due to an investment team reshuffle following UBS Global Asset Management's (UBSGAM) acquisition of ING Investment Management (INGIM).

David Scott and Patrick Barrett, previously members of the INGIM Australian property securities team, will assume responsibilities for the UBS Property Securities Fund and Australian real estate investment trust research for UBSGAM and UBS Global Real Estate Securities.

UBS Property Securities portfolio manager Jacov Males will move to the UBS Australian Share Fund and will take over portfolio management responsibilities from UBSGAM head of Australian equities Simon Shields.

Shields remains head of UBSGAM Australian equities and will also assume responsibility for the INGIM Australian equities funds.
