Formerly known as Olicc, Coin Business Intelligence helps financial planning businesses to analyse and manage their clients, revenue, referrals, workforce and work processes by providing them with the technology to track these metrics.
"By having better access to these important metrics through tools such as Coin Business Intelligence, advisers have more time to concentrate on the tasks that generate profit for the business, rather than the back-office administration required to gather these insights," McCabe said.
