The agreement would enable Praemium to continue to provide the service to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney until at least July 2014, Praemium group chief executive Arthur Naoumidis said.

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney executes trades for and provides research to a large number of Australian financial advisers as well as to their own investors," Naoumidis said.
