Colonial First State (CFS) said none of its Retail Property Trust assets were materially damaged by the Queensland floods.

The trust's three retail assets in the Brisbane central business district - Myer Centre Brisbane, Post Office Square and QueensPlaza - had all closed on 12 January.

Myer Centre Brisbane reopened on 14 January, while QueensPlaza and Post Office Square were expected to recommence trading last week.

In Toowoomba, the trust's Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre was unaffected by the flooding that hit the city.

"None of these assets has experienced material damage and each is fully insured for loss of rental income and flood damage," CFS said.

"The manager's main concern is and remains the safety of all shopping centre employees and tenants and is pleased to advise that at this stage no injuries have been reported."
