Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) has announced the appointment of Pablo Kohen as a senior analyst within the Global Listed Infrastructure team.
CFSGAM said this appointment indicates continued momentum behind the Global Listed Infrastructure team.
"Pablo's extensive infrastructure and emerging markets experience will increase the depth and breadth of the team's coverage," said Peter Meany, CFSGAM's head of global infrastructure securities.
This appointment follows the team's inclusion on Russell Investments' Global Listed Infrastructure multi-manager platform.
"The outlook for Global Listed Infrastructure remains positive. We see a number of themes which are supportive of infrastructure continuing to deliver strong absolute and relative returns," said Mr Meany.
"Overall, valuations in most listed infrastructure sectors remain attractive given below trend multiples, low interest rates, medium-term earnings upside and premiums paid by unlisted investors."
Mr Kohen joins CFSGAM from Access Capital Advisers, where he was an associate director. He has also worked for Credit Suisse Equities (Australia) as a research analyst.
