Neale Goldston-Morris will take up the role of senior investment analyst at Bennelong Australia Equity Partners, managing the company's macro-economic, sector and stock analysis.
Mr Goldston-Morris was previously head of equity strategy at Macquarie Securities Group and he has held senior positions with Solaris Investment Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Deutsche Bank.
CEO Paul Cuddy said he was thrilled they had secured a professional of Neale's calibre.
"Neale brings with him extensive experience and industry insights, and we are confident he will contribute to the future success of our investment strategies," he said.
