Business momentum spurs MLC role

MLC has appointed Scott Hartley to the newly-created role of corporate and institutional wealth executive general manager following strong performance of the business.

Hartley, who has been general manager of MLC corporate and institutional wealth and managing director of Plum since March 2009, will report directly to National Australia Bank wealth group executive Steve Tucker.


Hartley joined MLC in 1999. His previous roles include general manager of strategy and marketing and general manager of institutional business. He also managed MLC's acquisition and integration of Plum in 2003.
