BT Financial Group has created an adviser website to provide information on industry reforms and communicate the business's solutions.

BT Financial Group (BTFG) has launched a free online resource to tackle the growing financial adviser uncertainty about the Future of Financial Advice and Stronger Super reforms.

The financial reform, advice, news and knowledge (FRANK) website is adviser-dedicated as its content will not only include adviser tips, tools, industry-wide news and views, but also the latest on the reforms and how BTFG will be responding to them.

"BT Financial Group has a long history of partnering with advisers to provide solutions for their specific business needs," BTFG adviser distribution, superannuation and investments general manager Chris Freeman told InvestorDaily.

"We see this as a key function of our relationship with them, to support them through this time of regulatory change so they can adapt to the new world and continue to provide valuable services to their clients."

In its discussions with advisers, it became apparent to BTFG that advisers were seeking more information on the changes and what they would mean for their businesses.

"Advisers are asking for up-to-date, concise and easy-to-understand information on the myriad of regulatory reforms that are currently being implemented to help them understand how [they will] affect the way they do business and support their clients on a day-to-day basis," Freeman said.

"They also require information on BTFG's solutions in light of the reforms and how these will be rolled out in the coming months."

FRANK would become the central communications hub for advisers and dealer groups on reform by providing legislative updates, information about product and platform changes, thought leadership articles and webinars, he said.

Content on FRANK is publicly available.
