Accounting firm expands financial planning advice service

Hayes Knight Melbourne has joined with Clements Dunne & Bell (CDB) as the business looks to expand its service offering.

With a growing client base, Hayes Knight Melbourne has been looking to expand into the financial planning services space.

"As a result of this merger, we will have more people on board to focus on our growing number of clients and their needs, ensuring we are providing the best, most effective and specialised service level possible," Hayes Knight Melbourne managing director Paul Dal Bosco said.

"It will also enable us to fast-track our financial planning offering to clients with CDB's established and robust service offering."

The combined firm will operate as Hayes Knight (Melbourne) when the merger takes place on 7 January next year.

The merger with CDB will allow Hayes Knight to offer its clients additional financial planning advice, as well as its existing services.

The additional resources will also further the company's capacity to meet cross-border accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting needs of clients.

"We chose Hayes Knight because it's a firm that shares the same values we do - always putting the clients' needs first," Clements Dunne & Bell chief executive Paul Clements said.

Hayes Knight Melbourne is a member of the national accounting network, Hayes Knight and a member of Morison International.
