Kenyon Prendeville has said it is seeking further legal advice in regards to Radar Results.

Kenyon Prendeville is seeking further legal advice in regards to industry competitor Radar Results on the back of a domain name dispute resolved earlier this month, InvestorDaily has learned.

Kenyon Prendeville director Alan Kenyon said Kenyon Prendeville and its lawyers were now looking at further intellectual property matters that involved the buyer advocate firm.

Unable to provide specifics due to the stage of legal proceedings, Kenyon would only say that Kenyon Prendeville was seeking advice in respect to "copyright of documentation".

"We're talking to our lawyers and have not yet determined what approach we are going to take," Kenyon told InvestorDaily.

Meanwhile, earlier in the year Kenyon Prendeville filed a domain name complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) after becoming aware that the domain name kenyonprendeville.com had been registered by Radar Results and was being used to redirect Internet traffic to Radar Results' website.

Earlier this month, WIPO found it was overwhelmingly likely that the domain name was registered and used in bad faith by Radar Results and as a consequence ordered the transfer of the domain name kenyonprendeville.com to Kenyon Prendeville.

Another industry competitor, FP Exchange, has also since made claims that Radar Results was trying to redirect traffic from its website by registering an almost identical domain name, which Radar Results has since deactivated.
