Tim Carroll, who has over 20 years’ experience in digital and social marketing, has been named as a independent non-executive director at Prime.
In a statement issued by the company, the board said Mr Carroll’s skills and experience will make him “invaluable” in assisting to further develop the company’s marketing, brand and growth strategy.
Mr Carroll previously served as the chief global marketing officer of Village Roadshow Corporation. He is currently the chief executive of entertainment and digital marketing company Buckitdream.
“An independent, non-executive director will be appointed as chairman, within the current financial year, in the interim [Peter Madder], an executive director and CFO will act as interim chairman,” the statement also said.
Mr Madder will step down as company secretary and will be replaced by Dale Gaskell.
