HarbourVest Partners has appointed Michelle Han as head of global ex-US marketing, expanding its leadership team with a focus on international growth.
Based in London, Han joined the firm on 1 September 2025 to lead marketing strategy and execution across APAC, EMEA, Canada and LATAM. She reports to chief marketing officer Ray Ahn.
The appointment underscores HarbourVest’s long-term commitment to global expansion and client engagement.
Han will focus on integrated marketing initiatives designed to support the firm’s growth ambitions, particularly in the wealth segment, where demand for tailored investment solutions has continued to rise.

Han brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, having built high-performing teams and delivered brand and client engagement strategies across global markets.
She has joined HarbourVest from Schroders, where she was global head of growth and digital marketing.
Prior to that, she held senior marketing roles at Capital Group and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
