HUB24 stated Willis’ appointment reflects the platform’s ongoing focus on enabling growth through strengthened relationships with licensees, advice networks and advisers.
Reporting to HUB24’s chief operating officer, Craig Lawrenson, Willis’ role in the newly created role will be to lead the platform growth team, being responsible for retail distribution, key account management, private wealth and broker, strategic sales, and sales enablement.
Additionally, Willis will work with HUB24’s product, operations and marketing teams in order to deliver products and solutions to assist financial professionals in providing accessible advice to more Australians.
Willis previously held leadership roles with Vanguard Australia and Aware Super, including head of institutional sales, head of business development, and national sales manager, financial adviser services for Vanguard Investments.
He is set to commence with his new role on 2 September 2025.

On his appointment, Willis expressed excitement to commence in his new role with HUB24 and looks forward to “contributing to the next phase of growth and continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for advisers and licensees”.
This is the latest movement inside HUB24’s internal roster, which recently included the promotion of Paul Voges to the new role of head of investment growth and partnerships (reporting to Willis), who is responsible for leveraging HUB24 Group’s relationships and asset managers to drive ongoing adoption of managed portfolios across HUB24’s platform solutions.
