Philip Morgan has taken the role after being an investment specialist with NAB Asset Management.
Previously, he had also been an investor services analyst for JBWere and a financial planner with MLC.
Prime Value chief executive Yak Yong Quek commented Prime Value is in the process of growing its retail segment.
“Philip is an outstanding addition to our team and will be important in developing our connection with financial advisers and dealer groups,” Mr Quek said.
