Taryn Morton has held the position of joint secretary at CBA since 20115 and will have her final day with the company next year.
The board has already announced her replacement to be Kara Nicholls who will start with the bank in January 2019.
Ms Nicholls joins the bank from Caltex where she was company secretary and will be responsible for communications with the ASX.
