Both Ms Allen and Mr McMahon have extensive experience in the financial services industry; Ms Allen has previously held senior positions with The Trust Company, MLC and NAB.
Mr McMahon has been chief operating officer for BlackRock, and chief executive of HSBC Insurance and Superannuation.
The appointments come at “an exciting time”, said Bennelong chair Mike Pratt.
“Over the past year, the launch of new funds and the acquisition of new boutiques has seen the company grow exponentially, with plans well underway to continue on our growth trajectory,” he said.
Earlier in the year, Bennelong announced the appointment of Andrea Waters to the board. Mr Pratt commented that these appointments were intended to continue the company’s recent growth.
“The addition of these three new board members allows Bennelong to continue its vision of expansion, both locally and offshore,” he said.
