Ms Kensington has accepted a position with business products and services provider Regus as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Coveney joins Rubik from Macquarie Group, where he held various roles running projects and building finance teams in Sydney, Hong Kong, New York and London.
He also undertook a number of merger and acquisition due diligence and integration projects for the group.

He has a 20 years of experience in the finance industry, including his time in the entrepreneurial services team at Ernst and Young, where he supported a number of IT and biotech start-ups to raise capital and create sustainable growth plans.
Mr Coveney will start his new role on 20 June 2014.
