One Investment makes key appointments

One Investment Group has made a number of appointments, including the appointment of John Rowley as director of business development and Andrew Dyster as managing director of One Registry Services.

Mr Rowley will manage new domestic and global clients while Mr Doyster will lead the team providing registry services to unlisted and listed funds and companies. 

Mr Rowley has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including roles at The Trust Company, UBS Global Asset Management and Macquarie Bank Group. 

Mr Dyster joins One Investment from Computershare, where he was general manager of fund services.

One Investment has also appointed Sri Pillai as director of compliance and Mr Greenway as manager of corporate trust services. 

Mr Pillai will be responsible for fund governance and compliance activities and has extensive experience having working for a number of ASX listed companies as well as Australian and offshore law firms. 

This includes listed trustee and listed investment companies Permanent Trustees, Perpetual Trustees, Stockland Group, The Trust Company and IOOF. 

Mr Greenway joins from Perpetual Corporate Trust and has 15 years' client service and relationship management experience, predominantly with ASX 100 listed financial services firms, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Colonial First State. 

One Investment founding partner Justin Epstein said the company is investing in “additional expertise to take the business forward in an interesting time in the industry”.
