Ms Page will serve as a member of the board’s Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
She is currently the chairman of Investa Funds Management and is a non-executive director of Service Stream, Australian Renewable Fuels, the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society and Commonwealth Insurance.
BTIM chairman James Evans said Ms Page has “broad senior management experience across a range of business sectors and contemporary experience as a non-executive director in the financial services sector.
