Kinetic Super appoints employer representative director

Nancy Fox will replace Ross Fisher as employer representative director to Kinetic Super’s board.

Mr Fisher is the founder of the fund and former chairman and is retiring after 20 years of service on the board. 

Ms Fox has over 30 years of financial services, insurance and risk management experience, including over 15 years in senior management roles. 

She also has 12 years of experience serving on the boards of a number of financial institutions, infrastructure and not-for-profit companies, including Adelaide Managed Funds, APA Ethane, HCF Life Insurance, Taronga Conservation Society and Australian Theatre for Young People.

Kinetic Super chief executive Megan Bolton said Ms Fox brings considerable experience in investments, regulatory frameworks, risk management and governance that will enhance and complement the existing skill sets of the board. 

“We are delighted with the appointment, and welcome Nancy to the fund,” said Ms Bolton. 

Ms Fox said she looked forward to working with the team on their next phase of growth. 

“With the latest superannuation reforms, along with recent changes to the structure of Kinetic Super and it’s positioning, it is an exciting time to join the fund” said Ms Fox.
