Ms Jenkins and Ms Gross, who are based in Melbourne and Sydney respectively, will operate under a part-time job share arrangement.
Ms Jenkins has eight years' experience at UBS, and most recently held the London-based position of executive director for commodity index trading at the investment bank.
Ms Gross also has experience at UBS, having worked there for seven years – most recently as director of fixed income.
