Vision Super has announced two senior appointments, which it says will help the fund maintain its focus on growth.

Noelle Kelleher has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO) and Julia Pryor last year joined the fund as general counsel.

“Vision Super has strong industry position and strong relationship with our core employers. We will now look at pursuing other opportunities and further enhancing our existing long-term relationship with our key business partnerships,” the fund’s acting chief executive Peter Rowe said in a statement.

Ms Kelleher started as CFO last month and will oversee the $6 billion fund’s financial strategy, management and reporting.

Ms Kelleher currently represents the super industry on the government’s Financial Reporting Council and has previously worked as a partner at Deloitte Australia and as executive director at Ernst & Young.

Ms Pryor joined Vision Super in December 2012 in the newly created role of general counsel.

She has over 17 years’ experience as a lawyer in the financial services industry, having worked as a senior lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons, Centro and Cooper Investors.

Ms Pryor has oversight of the legal, risk and compliance and governance functions within the fund.
