Tasmania-based diversified financial services group, MyState Limited, has said Tom Taylor will replace Paul Viney as chief financial officer on an interim basis.
Mr Taylor has extensive experience in the industry having served as chief financial officer for AMP Bank and has also held various non-executive roles at MyState, the group stated.
The former CFO announced his departure earlier last month and will leave at the end of April.
Mr Taylor will fill the role until November, so the company can review all potential candidates, MyState said.
Mr Taylor has "significant and extensive experience in the financial services sector and will be a valuable addition to our executive team while we consider our longer-term options," John Gilbert, MyState Limited's managing director said.
