A former senior analyst at Challenger, William Keaveney, has been appointed in the newly created role.
Mr Keaveney will be responsible for providing analytical support, research and analytics across core functions of the business, including equity and debt real estate investment, a statement issued by TH Real Estate said.
TH Real Estate executive director and head of Australia, Nick Evans, said Mr Keaveney is a “valuable” addition to the company.
“This appointment is testament to our business strategy to build a sustainable, successful business in Australia over the long term, and we look forward to growing the team further in the months and years ahead,” Mr Evans said.
“[Mr Keaveney’s] understanding of real estate investment, extensive contacts, and experience in asset and financial analysis make him a valuable addition to our local business,” he said.
Mr Keaveney’s appointment comes as TH Real Estate seeks to expand its Asia-Pacific business.
