There are 24 individual and five group submissions-based categories for candidates to enter into this year.

Individual categories include Chief Executive Officer of the Year, Director of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Young Leader of the Year.

At the end of the evening, the highest-scoring individual award winner will receive the prestigious Excellence Award.

Group categories on offer include Employer of the Year (SME), and Training and Development Program of the Year while companies with the best wellness programs and women’s community programs will also be rewarded.

The Women in Finance Awards is the benchmark program for excellence around Australia, showcasing the depth of talent and outstanding contributions made by women to the financial services industry.

The awards celebrate the achievements of entrepreneurs, chief executives and other leaders in accounting, banking, finance, and a range of other sectors.

It is open to all female professionals and businesses operating across Australia and opens doors for them to build a reputation for excellence.

By winning an award, women in financial services could elevate themselves and their businesses above the rest of the industry and gain a competitive edge.

For individuals, recognition could help cement their position as a leader in finance and underpin career advancement.

Many innovative professionals and businesses have capitalised on their accolades by distinguishing themselves while attracting and retaining the best talent, while strengthening their position when winning and retaining business.

The winners will be determined by a panel of distinguished judges who will provide peer-reviewed recognition of your capabilities and passion for driving your industry forward.
