Gary Cox will be joining Rice Warner’s Sydney office to focus on further developing member service offerings for clients, such as online calculators and member benefit projections.
This will also include the development of a new online industry metrics tool that will allow super funds to compare results to peers and the market across a range of metrics, such as member and employer movements, pensions, investments and insurance.
Mr Cox has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and joins Rice Warner from a role at Pillar as chief operating officer.
He previously held positions at Russell as director of member services, BT Financial Group as head of super solutions and CitiStreet Australia as managing director.
Michael Gomersall will be based in Rice Warner’s Melbourne office as a specialist in outsourcing including implement consulting and multi-e employer funds.
He joins Rice Warner from a role at Deloitte Actuaries and Consultants as a director.
