Robert Bennetts Enterprises (RBE) has shifted its focus to concentrate on its social media client database following completion of its staffing team.

Two more employees have come onboard since May, increasing staff to the full quota of 14 people.

RBE chief executive Robbie Bennetts said he had no immediate plans for further hires, but might revisit appointments in the future as the company took on more firms to its network.

“The nucleus of what we need to deliver the service is now well and truly entrenched. As we grow in numbers obviously we need more people to service it, but [our] core is very solid,” Bennetts told InvestorDaily.

The company’s key focus had shifted to executing the first stages of its social media exposure database program.

The social media exposure and education program would generate considerably improved income streams for financial planning companies, Bennetts said.

“We’re about two months behind where we would like to be, but we’re starting to roll out live. We’re in the process of working on the client database of 12 firms at this particular moment,” he said.

RBE is in the process of installing 33 firms, but is actively working on the first 12 with the aim of having their campaigns live within the next week.

The remaining 21 firms’ campaigns are expected to be live within the next three or four weeks.

“We’ve got enquiries by the truckload, but these are the ones we’ve met and spoken to,” Bennetts said.

“Our key focus is very simple: it’s to get business growth back to the financial planners. What we do generates direct business and a lot of leads.”

Bennetts has hired 12 ex-Professional Investment Services (PIS) staff since he set up his current business venture in February.

He was made redundant from his role as PIS chief executive is October last year.
