David Glascott – who has held positions at NAB, Macquarie Bank and Merrill Lynch – has been appointed as head of retail distribution.
Prime Value chief executive and executive director, Yak Yong Quek, said Mr Glascott will be responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s retail business and driving growth in the financial planning market.
“We think David can have a big impact due to his industry experience with financial advisers and understanding of retail investors,” Mr Quek said.
Mr Glascott’s most recent position was state manager of Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia at Investors Mutual.
