Exploration company Proto Resources and Investments is offering 17.5 million shares at an issue price of 20c each in its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO has a minimum subscription of $2.5 million. Proto plans to list on November 17. Projects set out in the company’s September 22 prospectus include gold exploration at Tibooburra, New South Wales, base metal exploration opportunities at Arunta, Northern Territory, and nickel and gold exploration at Mt Vetters, Western Australia. The minimum investment is $2000.
