In his new role, Mr Gordon will lead the end-to-end business of the company including product, distribution, operations and the investment management team, with an overall focus on business growth.

Mr Gordon’s appointment marks the last in Mr Lloyd’s “handpicked leadership team” and the CEO said it was an exciting time for the company.
“My new Group Executive team all understand the sizable opportunity. The team’s capability and calibre are right to refocus the operations” said Mr Lloyd.
Prior to this appointment Mr Gordon was BNP Paribas Investment Partner’s chief investment officer for Equities since 2010 and held a number of senior roles with Fidelity Investments International.
