Bruno Santos is taking the role, where he will be responsible for managing relationships with Queensland and Northern Territory advisers.
Brett Guerin, northern region and strategic accounts manager at Pengana said the appointment will contribute to the company’s growth.
“He has a demonstrated track record of managing long-term relationships and supporting advisory businesses,” Mr Guerin said.
“This hire within our team is key in driving our growth strategy and building on our adviser relationships in the region.”
Mr Santos has joined Pengana from Russell Investments where he was a regional manager in Queensland.
Prior to that, he was a key account manager at Affina Financial Advisers and senior client development manager at AIA Australia.
He will be based in Pengana’s Brisbane office.
