Mr Lally joins the advice company with over 25 years’ experience in financial services, most recently working as investment director at Hume Partners.

In the new role, Mr Lally will oversee strategy and growth for Partners Private which launched in December last year.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Lally to the Partners Wealth Group team. We are committed to ensuring the best investment opportunities are available to our valued clients and Lally’s expertise will allow us to reach new levels of success,” PWG managing director Mathew Cassidy said.

“Lally’s extensive experience in sourcing and structuring wholesale investment opportunities and delivering risk adjusted returns for investors will be an asset to our clients and team.”

Mr Lally said of his appointment: “I am delighted to join the team at Partners Private. I look forward to building relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met through the provision of exclusive and high-quality investment opportunities that we’re able to source.”

Following the launch last December, Mr Cassidy said Partners Private “has the potential to provide major investment opportunities” for PWG’s clients.

“Partners Private offers opportunities that they’ve never had access to before and creates significant diversification of core portfolios through an exciting range of possible investments,” he said.

“Partners Private clients will receive access to exclusive wholesale investment opportunities which are not traditionally available for retail clients, complementing and enhancing their investment experience. Our observation is that individual investors deserve better access to institutional grade investment opportunities.”

The new appointment comes just months after PWG merged its legal division with Nick Stretch Legal to form a new joint venture – Partners Legal Solutions.

The firm practices as a traditional boutique law firm, as well as in-house counsel to PWG, and offers services such as M&A, corporate compliance, commercial litigation, insolvency and reconstruction, IPOs and listings, and on-market capital raising.
