Fomerly the chief financial officer of SocietyOne, Mr Yohananov has over 25 years of experience working in the financial services and investor relations space, working with companies such as KPMG Audit.

The company said Mr Yohananov’s appointment would help the company grow as it moves in to its second year of operation.
