Mr Haynes holds more than 20 years of investment management experience working as a managing partner and portfolio manager.
Mr van Rijswijk’s 15 years of experience includes portfolio management and securities trading at companies such as Schroders (London) and BT Asset Management.
In addition to his analyst responsibilities, he will take charge of equity trading and support Northward’s research and derivatives capabilities.

Both Mr Haynes and Mr van Rijswijk join Northward from their previous roles at Invesco/Concord Capital where they were both portfolio managers.
