Mr Jordan will be responsible for leading the Northern Trust Global Fund Services in Australia and New Zealand and overseeing its asset servicing offerings for investment managers and fund companies.
He will report to head of global fund services Peter Cherewich and country head of Australia and New Zealand Rohan Singh.
Most recently, Mr Jordan was chief administration officer of Northern Trust Global Fund Services and was responsible for institutional client relationships.
Before this he was managing director of Northern Trust Ireland, where he led the expansion of Northern Trust’s fund administration business across Europe.
He first joined Northern Trust in 1992.
Northern Trust head of Asia-Pacific Teresa Parker said Mr Jordan’s global experience and expertise will ensure Northern Trust remains “well-placed to continue to evolve alongside our client’s requirements”.
