Marek Herchel will join MLC Private Equity after a 13-year stint at private equity investor AlpInvest Partners.
MLC head of private equity Alicia Gregory said Mr Herchel had been appointed to drive the company’s business in the US.
“Marek’s wealth of experience in building and managing successful private equity programs and teams will ensure our continued investment success, spanning almost 20 years, in North and Latin America,” Ms Gregory said.
“In addition, Marek’s extensive knowledge of the US market and deep industry relationships will be crucial in identifying and executing on attractive opportunities, which will help us continue to deliver value to our clients.”
Mr Herchel will join MLC Private Equity on 19 June.
