Paul Adamiak has taken the role, having previously worked with the group from 2008 to 2019.
Before returning to the company, he was responsible for new businesses at Evolution Trustees, an Australian professional trustee.
In his new position, Mr Adamiak will be held responsible for scaling up TMF’s service offering to Australian and offshore asset managers. He will report to global head of fund services, Andrew O’Shea.
During his previous 11-year stint with TMF, he was an associate director in the global fund services business line. For the first eight years, he was a team leader in Amsterdam, overseeing client services and relationship management.
In 2017, Mr Adamiak returned to Sydney to support the development of private equity and real estate administration services.
“Working with the commercial team, I expect him to have an immediate impact on how we approach clients,” Mr O’Shea said.
“It feels good to be back here as part of the fund services team and to be able to contribute once again to this great company,” Mr Adamiak added.
