Ms Pham will join managing director and chief investment officer of Folkestone Maxim, Winston Sammut, in managing the Folkestone Maxim A-REIT Securities Fund.
Mr Sammut said Ms Pham brings more than 12 years of experience in securities analysis and the management of A-REIT securities funds and will strengthen the investment team.
Previously she worked at AIMS Snowden global Property Securities Fund, IAG, Deutsche Asset Management, Paladin and Perpetual.
Mr Sammut said the appointment further demonstrates Folkestone Maxim’s “commitment to providing superior investment returns for its investors”.
