Niall Mills will serve as head of global infrastructure investments of the unlisted infrastructure business following Perry Clausen’s promotion to global chief investment officer.
Mr Mills joined the senior management team as partner in the European infrastructure business in 2008, where he had responsibility for managing portfolio investments as well as for due diligence related to new investment opportunities.
He has extensive experience in infrastructure, utilities, and regulation, and has held senior roles with Southern Water, Honeywell Novar, Bechtel, and United Utilities.
“Our global infrastructure business has always been focused on delivering on our client promise of alignment, transparency and generating sustainable long-term value,” Mr Mills said. “Our hands-on proactive asset management coupled with our ESG philosophy and our commitment to making a real difference from the bottom-up is deeply embedded in our business.”
Mr Mills has a master’s of business administration from London Business School, an Institute of Directors diploma in company directorship, and a bachelor of engineering (honours) from Sheffield Hallam University. He is also a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
