Ms Pemberton will be joined by Frontier Advisers director Fiona Trafford-Walker, while Ironbridge Capital joint chief executive Greg Ruddock has stepped into the role of chairman after joining the board as a director in September 2015.
In a statement, the company said Ms Pemberton and Ms Trafford-Walker both fit with the company’s goals and are well suited to their new roles.

Mr Ruddock’s previous experience with the board will also leave him in good stead for his position, Prospa chief executive Greg Moshal said

“His appointment to the chairman role underpins our ambitious growth strategy as we continue to empower a new generation of small businesses with innovative finance solutions.”
